Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival and Journey to Gangtok
Arrive at Bagdogra Airport, where your serene Sikkim journey begins. Set off on a scenic 6-hour drive through lush hillsides to reach Gangtok, the vibrant capital of Sikkim. Check in to your hotel and unwind. Spend the evening at your leisure, soaking in the peaceful ambiance of Gangtok. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 02: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir
After a hearty breakfast, embark on an unforgettable excursion to Tsomgo Lake, a breathtaking glacial lake nestled at 12,400 feet, approximately 37 km (2-hour drive) from Gangtok. Experience the lake’s serene beauty, surrounded by snow-capped peaks that reflect on its tranquil waters.
Continue your journey to the revered Baba Mandir, situated at 13,200 feet, about 16 km (an additional 1-hour drive) from Tsomgo Lake. After taking in the sacred energy of this spiritual site, head back to Gangtok by evening. Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.
Please Note: For the Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir visit, please carry two passport-size photos along with a photo ID (Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID). Children under 18 must carry a Birth Certificate or School/College ID. If Tsomgo Lake is closed due to landslides or weather, alternate sightseeing options will be arranged.
Day 03: Full-Day Gangtok City Tour
After breakfast, embark on a full-day city tour to explore Gangtok’s must-see attractions:
• Tashi View Point: Marvel at panoramic views of Kanchenjunga and the Himalayan range.
• Ganesh Tok and Hanuman Tok: Two hilltop temples offering serene views and a touch of spirituality.

• Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre: Explore local craftsmanship (closed on Sundays and the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month).

Day 04: Departure
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and bid farewell to Gangtok. Enjoy one last scenic drive as you head to Bagdogra International Airport for your onward journey, taking with you unforgettable memories of Sikkim’s serene landscapes and rich culture.
