Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before submitting your booking request. You are advised to retain a copy of these Terms & Conditions along with a copy of the booking form for future reference.
Booking
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise companies, or other service providers.
Prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in airfare, taxes, currency exchange rates, fuel surcharges, or any government-imposed charges.
Full or partial payment must be made as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking. Failure to make payments within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
Cancellation charges will apply as per the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transport operators, or other vendors. Service charges levied by the company are non-refundable.
Refund timelines are subject to the processing time of the respective suppliers and banking institutions. Neptune Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third parties.
Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess valid travel documents including passports, visas, permits, vaccination certificates, and any other documents required for travel.
The company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, inconvenience, or damage caused due to circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to natural calamities, weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, political disturbances, technical failures, or force majeure events.
Any amendments or changes to the booking after confirmation may attract additional charges depending on the policies of the concerned service provider.
Hotel check-in/check-out timings, baggage allowances, seat allocation, meals, and other inclusions are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective service providers.
The company acts only as an intermediary between the customer and the service providers and shall not be responsible for any deficiency in services rendered by airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise companies, or any third-party vendors.
In the event of any dispute, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
By proceeding with the booking and making payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
Policy
We reserve the right to revise or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, alternative dates/tours may be offered or a refund may be processed after deducting expenses already incurred on your behalf.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 45 days from the date of cancellation/revision. No interest, compensation, or damages shall be payable for any loss arising due to such cancellation.
Any cancellation from the client's side will be considered valid only upon receipt of written communication.
Cancellation charges shall apply as per company policy, irrespective of the reason for cancellation, towards administrative and operational expenses incurred.
Clients are required to comply with the rules and regulations of airlines, hotels, transport providers, restaurants, cruise operators, and all other service providers involved in the tour.
Any damage, loss, or misconduct caused by the client during the tour shall be the sole responsibility of the client, and any charges recovered from us by the service provider shall be payable by the client.
We act only as an intermediary between the client and service providers and shall not be held liable for any delay, deficiency, injury, loss, accident, or damage caused by the acts or defaults of such providers or their representatives.
Finance
Refunds for bookings made directly with the company will be processed directly to the customer. For bookings made through a Preferred Sales Agent (PSA) or Travel Agent (TA), refunds will be routed through them. Refund processing may take up to 45 working days.
The company shall not be responsible for any deductions or service charges levied by the PSA or Travel Agent.
No refund will be provided for any unutilized or partially utilized services including airline tickets, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, entrance fees, transfers, or optional tours.
Any refund related to foreign exchange components will be processed in INR at the prevailing exchange rate applicable on the date of refund.
Refunds from third-party service providers such as airlines, cruise companies, or overseas suppliers may take between 30–90 working days, subject to submission of the required supporting documents.
Data
All personal information shared with us will be kept confidential and shared only with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service partners involved in your tour. Information may be disclosed if required by law or government authorities.
Tour prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, airline/rail fare revisions, taxes, or seasonal charges. Any increase must be paid before departure.
If the booking is made through a Travel Agent or Preferred Sales Agent (PSA), your contractual agreement shall remain with the respective agent, and the company acts only as a service facilitator.
Any promotional offers, discounts, or schemes introduced by the company may be withdrawn or modified at the company's sole discretion without prior notice.
The company shall not be liable for additional expenses, delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather conditions, illness, strikes, war, technical issues, transport disruptions, or any circumstances beyond its control.
Liability
A booking shall be considered confirmed only after receipt of the initial booking deposit/payment.
The company reserves the right to amend, alter, substitute, or withdraw any tour, itinerary, airline, hotel, transport, or related service at any time without prior notice. In such cases, no compensation or damages shall be payable.
Any changes to these Terms & Conditions shall be valid only if provided in writing by the company.
In case of any amendment to the itinerary or services after booking, the traveler may continue with the revised tour, or accept an alternative tour offered by the company.
If the traveler chooses to cancel the booking, applicable cancellation charges shall apply as per company policy.
The company shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, delay, loss, damage, additional expenses, baggage loss, or any other inconvenience caused due to acts of third-party service providers, transport operators, hotels, airlines, or unforeseen circumstances.
All services are arranged through independent suppliers and are subject to their respective Terms & Conditions, which shall also be binding upon the traveler.
